The shameful Se7en contribute a collective $160000 to a liberal group to run a racial attack against Chris McDaniel in Mississippi.  Our own Mike Crapo(RINO?) Senator contributed $5000.  Perhaps he was DWI -- #DonatingWhileIntoxicated.

The following was published in the Moscow Daily News this morning, Monday, June 10th.

After exhaustive research, I have found the fabled "Recipe for Disaster:"
1 part stubbornness
2 parts arrogance
5 parts corruption
4 parts cowardice

Season with lies and a generous helping of incompetence and you have the Idaho Legislature's homebrewed version of Obama Care - the State Health Care Exchange - or, if you will, Otter Care.

I added incompetence to the recipe because according to a press release by Butch Otter himself, Idaho is now going to turn over Idaho's so-called "free-market" solution to the federal government. Apparently, a state exchange was too complicated for our enlightened leadership to get right.

Though I'm a newcomer to Idaho County, I feel like I belong here. I like the fierce independent nature of the people here, a liberty loving, self sufficient people that I aspire to be like. Idaho County is almost like one of the last strongholds of the American Spirit.

Mr. Obama just started his second term, he has taken a position of greater arrogance and an increasingly anti-American direction. There are those who proclaim that he is trying to become king of America. He certainly has taken on an Imperial stance in his dictates to the American people in the last month. The issue of the second amendment has been one of the touchstones of the populace dissatisfaction with his would be royal highness. It is arguably the one issue that will unite the people in open rebellion against our government.

‎"I have watched with concern as the Idaho Education Association has portrayed in its campaign that all teachers are against the 'Luna laws.' As a teacher, I am voting for keeping the 'Luna laws.' The IEA is fooling teachers if they think throwing out those laws will get the Idaho Legislature to restore more funding to schools. When has the Legislature ever really cared about school funding? Does the IEA really think the money from the Students Come First will be redirected back to the schools it was taken from in the first place? No. The Legislature will use the money to give the state’s richest population another tax cut, or place that money in some other account. Sure, it’s terrible funding was cut so deep. It has had terrible consequences on schools. However, that money isn’t coming back if the laws are voted out. It is better for schools to pursue the course we are taking with the laws, than to assume the money will be redirected. Voting no will remove even more funding from schools. Is that what we want? The damage is done from when the cuts were put in place years ago. It’s time to go forward." -BRENT ADAMS, Clifton

Dear Editor:

Recently we traveled to Europe. While there we were struck by the visual signs of poverty that Socialism has had in the countries of Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, and Hungary. Each of these countries have been working for twenty years to shed the awful results of the years of communist socialism, and they have a long way to go.

Could socialism take over America? I pray not. I feel our election on November 6th is very important for the future of our country. By my vote, I choose principled conservative candidates at the national, state and local levels.

As an example, very close to home, Jim Chmelik has been a serious conservative and thoughtful Idaho County Comissioner. I will include him in my list of principled, conservative candidates.
